Weekly Rhythm

Implementation Room

75–90 min weekly. Constraint diagnosis, priority setting, hot seats, and commitments. You leave knowing exactly what to build next.

Systems Clinic

60 min optional. Triage room for execution blockers. One artifact, one decision, 5–10 minutes per person. No prep, no follow-up.

Accountability Loop

Weekly packet: win, stuck, scoreboard, leak, commitments. Standards enforced. Execution over vibes.

Monthly Architecture Review

90 min monthly. Retrospective, leak audit, Blueprint update, and next sprint definition. Keeps the map matched to reality.
